Orlando day 7 – Universal Studios
So today we finished up everything we missed on our previous day at Universal. Also I’m sorry for the lack of updates but yeh being on holidays is hard and takes lots of time :p
Highlights
- 3 words. HARRY POTTER WORLD! (I know I said this before, but seriously it was the best thing)

- The new Gringots ride was the most fun!
- I loved everytime a person who worked in the Hogwarts section addressed me as Ms Weasly! It happened alot too 🙂
- The Simpsons Krustyland ride was also good but I can’t help but feel like they wasted an opportunity by mot calling it Itchy and Scratchy land. Props to them for playing the duff gardens bit with lisa drinking the water during the ride line though
- I was pleasantly surprised by the Transformers ride. We were getting a little tired of simulator rides but this one was pretty epic
- The Mummy ride. Oh my god, The Mummy ride. Again such a surprise but so worth it
- We met the Simpsons and Sideshow Bob and Krusty! Here is us with Sideshow Bob and Krusty

Food
We ate lunch in the Simpsons section because Krustyburger.
It was meh. Also a flaming moe is just fanta in a glass with dry ice at the bottom. Not even alcoholic. I was sad.
We also had to have a lard lad doughnut. But we both couldn’t stomach a big one, so we opted for a small pink one with sprinkles
Dinner was late and back at the hotel. We ordered takeaway pizza as well as mac and cheese and it was pretty good actually.
Outfit competition
Today I was pwnd. Not even one on my Daily Prophet legs. I was devastated. George rocked the shit with his deathly hallows spell shirt
Summary
Again, whilst Universal is good, it can’t compete with Disney. We were pleased that our last 2 days will be at the happiest place on earth!
