Well the day is finally here where you have been introduced to all members of our stuffed animal family. Chikorita being who he is made me save him for last.

How do I even begin to describe Chikorita. He is a mischievous, rambunctious and boisterous little Pokemon, but I think this is mostly a front because he is also very loving and schnookems and is very needy. He definitely is the most outgoing member of the family and will make himself known in any situation.

He is the self proclaimed genius voice of his generation and claims he has solved string theory. He likes to dress in costumes and his dream is to cosplay professionally. Some of his costumes you can see below.

Being a grass Pokemon, he really doesn’t like hot things. Especially the iron. He will always hide behind the other stuffed animals or under blankets when I need to iron. He is also very opinionated when it comes to being included in all activities. If he can’t do something, he immediately blames the other party for being Pokemonist, often throwing a tantrum afterwards. We have had to teach him that throwing tantrums are bad by giving him time outs. He hates them so much so it has done well in teaching him to be patient.

He is a massive fan of Harry Potter and claims that our house is free of dark wizards because he protects it. Like Cindaquil with the Mass Effect gun, if we go away he will sit with the Elder wand to defend the house.

So yeh, that is our little Chikorita in a nutshell. Actually, I am being told that I must mention that he has his own Instagram account and that everyone should follow him because he deserves to be famous. So go follow @chikorinsta otherwise I won’t hear the end of it.
